Minimal Staff (C/N)

Isla Nublar was staffed with as few people as possible, due to John Hammond‘s desire to cut costs by limiting personnel costs. He relied more on the Gene sequencers along with as much automation as possible in order to reduce the need for personal. This was the reason why much of the park’s systems ran on computer systems, and why Hammond only hired the bare minimum that would qualify as essential personnel.
