The aviary lodge ride was intended to be a tour-based, treetop attraction located at or near Pteratops Lodge on Isla Nublar. Had it opened, visitors would have had the opportunity to observe Jurassic Park’s Cearadactylus population at flight level, but due to safety issues brought to the attention of the park’s management by several workers being injured by the pterosaurs, construction of the lodge and its attraction were cancelled.
