Atlantic Blue Tang (S/F-T/G)

The Atlantic blue tang (Acanthurus coeruleus) is a species of fish in the surgeonfish family, Acanthuridae. It is native to the western Atlantic Ocean near the Americas, though it has been introduced elsewhere. It is also called the blue or yellow barber or doctorfish, or the blue tang surgeonfish. It should not be confused with Pacific surgeonfish that are also called blue tangs, such as Acanthurus leucosternon or Paracanthurus hepatus.
