“Chambered Lizard” was discovered in Colorado in 1877 by Oramel W. Lucas. Camarasaurus lived during the late of Jurassic Period about 155 to 145 million years ago. It was around 18 meters (60ft.) in length, and weighted 20 tons in weight. It is a small sauropod compared to its relative. Camarasaurus was only featured in The Lost World Jurassic Park comic and ether if it is actually a Camarasaurus or not isn’t entirely known. Another unknown sauropod is pictured in the same comic and could possibly be another Camarasaurus.
