Common Carp (S/F-T/G)

The common carp (Cyprinus carpio), also known as the Eurasian or European carp, is a species of freshwater fish in the family Cyprinidae. It natively inhabits eutrophic lakes and rivers throughout Eurasia, where it is considered vulnerable to extinction as of 2023, but it is bred in aquaculture and has been introduced widely throughout the world. In places where it is introduced, it has become one of the most destructive invasive species known.
