Davallia (T/C)

Davallia is a genus of around forty species of fern of the order Polypodiales, in the family Davalliaceae. It is also known as the deer foot fern, or the hare’s foot fern. Davallia ferns are epiphytic, with fronds arising from long aerial rhizomes which grow on and over bark on trees and rock crevices. It is normally grown as an ornamental or house plant. The fern typically grows to be no more than around two feet high.
