The transportation chief of Jurassic Park Rangers. During the exploits of Simon Tunney and his team, one of the Humvees was stolen and Stevens had to chase them in the dark. Offering to push the other vehicle off the road, he claimed to have done stunt driving in the movies.
During the chase, a Carnotaurus leapt out and began chasing the car. When the carnivore stopped chasing them, Stevens turned the car around to search for Simon and his crew to find that the Carnotaurus was attacking the second Humvee they had stolen. When asked for help, Stevens replied that he was only the driver.
