Portrayal
So far Diego Fernandez has only been mentioned in viral marketing for Jurassic World. As he was alive during the early 1500s, it is unlikely he will appear in future franchise installments. He is not based on any Michael Crichton character, but may be based on the real-life conquistador Diego Fernández de Proaño.
