Doedicurus clavicaudatus (L/M)

Doedicurus is a genus of glyptodont, a relative of armadillos in the family Chlamyphoridae. It originally lived from about two million until seven thousand years ago, during the Gelasian to Meghalayan ages of the Quaternary period. Its remains are found in South America. One species is known, Doedicurus clavicaudatus.
