So uh

Jurassic World Rebirth huh

Summary is given as this.
Five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion (2022), the planet's ecology has proven largely inhospitable to dinosaurs. Those remaining exist in isolated equatorial environments with climates resembling the one in which they once thrived. The three most colossal creatures within that tropical biosphere hold the key to a drug that will bring miraculous life-saving benefits to humankind. Experienced covert operations expert Zora Bennett is contracted to lead a skilled team on a top-secret mission to secure genetic material from the world's three most massive dinosaurs. When Zora's operation intersects with a civilian family whose boating expedition was capsized by marauding aquatic reptiles, they all find themselves stranded on an island where they come face-to-face with a sinister, shocking discovery that's been hidden from the world for decades.
Personally I'm not a fan of the massive pivot from the Dominion premise but its still early days

I'm extremely open to this, but I do have aspects I am a bit concerned about. This idea in order for something to be successful they must be "colossal" I admit is scientifically cringe-y given that it popularizes an outdated principle of gigantic = success. This goes to the second thing of acquatic dinos and throwing the Mosasaurus in that category. The third thing I'm really concerned about is the over use of past dinosaur characters. I hope we get a new cast in that sense of individuals or at least ones that aren't used as much or hardly at all from the past if there's a need to have that type of thing. Finally, Koepp's writing, last time we received an idea in the series from him was the plot for JP3. JP3's writing wasn't there, but that was because Koepp wasn't on that particularly team. So maybe between him and Gareth Edwards we will get something good and compelling enough. None of these are deal breakers for me as they're just concerns I have that I hope the film makes me forget about.

There's a lot I am definitely interested in. It sounds like they're taking a more serialized approach to their outings as well which isn't a bad thing altogether. It'll make it easier for people to pick up an enjoy the series without having to watch what came before.

Yeah I hope characters like Rexy and Blue just get their retirements in peace, rather than being dragged back out for yet another outing after Dominion rather naturally concluded their arcs.

(JP3 is a guilty pleasure of mine I rather enjoy that movie but yeah I'll admit its no JP1 or TLW)

Same, I would like maybe mew dinosaur characters or maybe some other ones from the sequels. Personally it'd be nice to get the infant from TLW again, they'd be fully grown now. Especially if he survived this whole time. It'd be a nice tie to the second movie in my opinion.

The premise seems to be something new, and idea of Dinosaurs becoming localized after 5 years sure makes things easier to explain.

I just want to see Spinosaurus again, it was such a beautiful creature with iconic sound.

It definitely would be great to see the Spiniosaurus again! I really hope we don't get it fighting the T.rex again though.
