Hi friends!

Hello everyone!
I'm a long time lurker and was on JPLegacy years ago.
Amateur fishkeeper and naturalist, unfortunately no dinosaur fossils because where I live there are none.
I belong to the JP fandom that likes JPIII, so let tomatoes fly (or not considering the reputation of the film changed with JW trilogy :) ).

Glad to be part of another forum community again!

Welcome! JP3 has some gold moments to it for sure, I know my personal favorite is the Spinosaurus climax in the river and the Aviary with the Pteranodons for sure.

Glad to see another JPIII enjoyer (I've loved that movie as a kid too). Jurassic Park III simply has that early 2000's vibe to me, and has great dinosaur designs, music, and environments in general. It may have been objectively the black sheep of the original trilogy, but I believe it proved itself to be a fun standalone sequel compared to the JW trilogy.

Speaking of which, I'll put it out there that I will defend with my life that The Lost World is a good sequel but film and book version. (I'm currently reading TLW Novel and I absolutely understand why people prefer the book over the film and I can agree with them, but I'm still glad The Lost World film was the way it was as it gave a great start on fleshing out the franchise like no other dinosaur franchise has ever done before.)

Welcome to Jurassic Pedia, my friend!

Well JPIII was the first JP I actually watched so I guess I was kinda biased + really liked Spinosaurs as a kid.

TLW Novel is amazing, I wish one day we get better movie adaptation of it.
Thanks for the welcome guys!
