Gillette Cryogenic Container (C/N)

Designed by Lewis Dodgson and hastily built by his team at Biosyn over a period of two days, this small version of a containment unit was designed to look like a regular bottle of Gillette Foamy shaving cream.  The installed canister of coolant would keep the embryos fresh for thirty-six hours.  The bottom of the can screwed open and revealed several cylindrical slots for the placements of the frozen embryos, which were stored in glass tubes and coated with silver foil and polylene.  A total of thirty embryos were fitted into the slots.
