Limnoscelis is a genus of carnivorous diadectomorph in the family Limnoscelidae. It originally lived from 306.5 to 295 million years ago, from the Kasimovian age of the Carboniferous period to the Asselian age of the Permian. Fossils of this amphibian are found in North America. Two species are currently known, Limnoscelis paludis and Limnoscelis dynatis.
