Person who was potentially hired by or worked for the Costa Rican government to mislead a group of journalists by flying them on a private tour to a different island, instead of Isla Nublar; the island that North American journalists had previously reported problems with. By doing this, the government was ensuring that no one found out about the aberrant forms appearing along the coast, or the Isla Nublar incident.
