Nishihara Gene Sequencers were utilized by inGen‘s geneticist teams headed up by Dr. Henry Wu in the production of their dinosaurs on Isla Sorna and then eventually, Isla Nublar. A more updated version of a Gene Sequencer is seen in the Hammond Creation Lab of the Innovation Center and would no doubt be instrumental in the creation of the Indominus at Jurassic World.
