Rabies (S/F)

Rabies is usually common in mammalian animals, and while dinosaurs are a cross between warm and cold blooded animals, they ultimately can contract the disease from contaminated meat or other infected animals. Rabies has a high fatality rate and must be prevented at all costs. While there’s no record of an outbreak occurring on Isla Nublar or Isla Sorna, the mere possibility of the disease hopping to dinosaurs would surely be a pandemic and a plague to the population of living dinosaurs because it can assuredly cause extinction once and for all. A clean sweep of new territory is necessary once established.
