Salt-and-Vinegar Potato Chips (S/F)

Salt-and-vinegar is a common flavored seasoning for potato chips (or “potato crisps” in the United Kingdom), first developed by Smith’s Potato Crisps Company, Ltd. (now The Smith’s Snackfood Company) in 1967. It was the second type of seasoned potato chip to be produced, following cheese-and-onion. This is one of the most widespread flavorings used in potato chips.
