“Crested Lizard” was discovered in 1911 by Barnum Brown and described one year later. It was almost 10 meters (32ft.) in length and 2 tons in weight. Saurolophus lived about 70 million years ago during the Late of Cretaceous in Mongolia and North America. It isn’t known for sure what species of Saurolophus is depicted in the comics due inconsistence of the drawings.
