During the Isla Nublar Incident of 1993, one of the survivors who were left behind by Hammond makes mention of the existence of a worker village on Isla Nublar, much like how there is the one on Isla Sorna.
While Dr. Sorkin and the group are running away from the Troodons through the maintenance tunnels, they come to a T-junction. On the wall there is a sign which shows the different facilities that the tunnels will lead you to depending on which direction you take. One of the locations on the sign reads “Villas”, and when the group attempts to go that way, Dr. Sorkin responds by saying that the “Staff Village is inland”, when they are wanting to go north.
The exact location of the village is unknown other than it being inland. Not much is known about it either, including the types of buildings that would be there.
