Noah is one of the two FBI agents sent to the small town on federal orders to help track down the missing Eddie Franklin. He gets thrown into the hunt for the Pteranodons after his partner, Kowalski, is killed during a survey of the land that Eddie Franklin was killed on. While helping the young Tyler Franklin, Harding gets attacked by one of the Pteranodons. The pterosaur bites him on the leg, and Harding shoots the beast, killing it. After that, the group finds out that the creatures were nesting. Harding is rushed to the hospital where his wounds are treated, and he ends up surviving.
