Stegoskin grass is a cultivar of grass (probably the most commonly-used golf course turf grass species, Cynodon dactylon) bred by International Genetic Technologies for use specifically on the Jurassic World Golf Course. It was designed to be “tougher” than normal turf grass. While it is no longer actively cultivated, it probably still exists on Isla Nublar due to the grass’s natural resilience.
