A covert InGen Security facility dedicated to forwarding the Integrated Behavioral Raptor Intelligence Study was located in the Atacama Desert in western Chile. It was primarily home to the “Desert Raptors,” and was used to contain the Troodon Jeanie for a brief time. The facility was, presumably, built during or after 2012 when the I.B.R.I.S. Project began and was abandoned after the loss of its specimens and death of its project leads in March 2016.
