The Heckler & Koch MP5KA1 is a German-made submachine gun produced by Heckler & Koch GmbH. It was first sold for use in 1966, and remains in service today. It is one of the world’s most widely-used submachine guns, employed by armed forces in many different countries and having been aimed at combatants in dozens of wars. It is also widely used in militarized police forces.
