Pentaceratops sternbergii is a species of medium-sized herbivorous ceratopsid dinosaur in the subfamily Chasmosaurinae. It lived during the Campanian age of the Cretaceous period, about 76 to 73 million years ago. Fossils have been found in the United States of America.
