An unidentified species of sphinx moth, an insect in the family Sphingidae, is known from Isla Nublar and was recorded in a field guide made by Darius Bowman in 2016. Its species is unknown, and only the caterpillar is depicted in the field guide. Although it strongly resembles a sphinx moth caterpillar, it possesses large and very bushy antennae, which is not known in other species. This suggests it is an endemic species unique to Isla Nublar.
