PepsiCo, Inc. (S/F)

PepsiCo, Inc. is an American food and beverage corporation with multinational presence. It is headquartered in Harrison, New York. The company formed in 1965 with the merger of Pepsi-Cola and Frito-Lay, and now as of 2021 sells twenty-three brands of product and makes over a billion dollars yearly. It is also notorious for its role in deforestation for palm oil, water resource monopolization, and production of vast quantities of plastic pollution, as well as the poor nutritional quality of its soft drinks. PepsiCo has responded to these complaints by promising to address them, but does not appear to have any plan to actually do this.
