Herd M was a social group of herbivorous dinosaurs kept in Sector 5 at Jurassic World. It was used for research and development purposes. The herd included Ankylosaurus, Brachiosaurus, Parasaurolophus, Sinoceratops, and Stegosaurus as of December 2015 when the park closed. After the park’s closure, the herd’s status is unknown. Some of the animals may have remained together in familiar territory, or else moved to other parts of the island in search of food and shelter. Some also fell prey to carnivorous animals after park security was deactivated, as the predators were no longer being fed by park staff.
